Jess, what's your job at Whitewater? I'm a Senior Planner – one of three who sit by the window upstairs. I mainly work on the MS Society doing the interesting bits – the strategy and whatnot. I love it – everyday is different and brain stretching.

And how long have you been with the company? I started in January 2009.

Tell us, what events have led you here? I've been planning for a while – since 2001 and in the agency world for quite a while before that. Before I saw the charity light, I was mainly working on alcohol clients – Guinness and Baileys, for my sins. I arrived at Whitewater after maternity leave, which involves a bit of a balancing conundrum, but so far it seems to be working.
